Marko Frigelj
Entrepreneur in Residence
Marko is the Founder of IncuHub and has over 15 years of experience starting and growing businesses in a variety of arenas. He loves engaging with new members and finding creative ways to help them succeed.
Kristin Frigelj
Co-Founder and Behavior Analyst
Kristin is the cofounder of IncuHub and a longtime small business owner. She started her own behavior analysis agency in 2011 and currently enjoys supporting IncuHub as a member of the leadership team. Kristin’s Applied Behavior Analysis business, Kora Analysis, is headquartered in IncuHub’s Hampton location.
Gene Granger
Managing Director of IncuHub
As Managing Director of IncuHub, Gene leads operations and drives organizational success. With a B.A. and Juris Doctorate from George Mason University and a background in senior leadership roles, he brings valuable expertise to the team. He is an active leader within the Hampton Roads business community and an advocate for local entrepreneurs.
Accountant in Residence
Eric has over 20 years of experience with small and mid-size businesses in Hampton Roads. He has worked with various industries in formulating tax strategies within the IRS regulations to mitigate tax liabilities and maximize the return on investment for business owners. Eric is also a QuickBooks ProAdvisor.
Attorney in Residence
Scott brings over 12 years of legal experience with particular focus on corporate law, business transactions and government proposals, and is excited to work with the IncuHub community.
Marketing Specialist
Julia is the owner of DesignHaus, a graphic design and branding company. She has worked in multiple disciplines of visual communication for more than 20 years and will be available to members for marketing and brand assessment.
Photography
Amanda has owned and operated her photography business for over 6 years. She serves the Hampton Roads area as well as East Coast clients. She specializes in Wedding and Portrait Photography and also teaches a DSLR Basics class called Moms on Manual. ARP will be providing IncuHub members professional headshots at great group rates.
Proposal Specialist
Dr. Greco, Founder and President of GRE Company Inc., has over 45 years of experience in New Business Development, Proposal Preparation and support of Complex Program Management and Engineering Efforts. He has lead efforts of over $51B for more than 325 clients. His responsibilities include business development, corporate management, and, finance. Dr. Greco is available to consult with members regarding Proposal Preparations and Procurement Management which would be beneficial when perusing contracts and business with the state and primarily Federal government.
Digital Marketing
With a focus on strategy and performance, All In Digital Marketing helps small businesses grow through website design, SEO, and targeted advertising. IncuHub members receive a free marketing analysis and discounted services to support their success.
Focused on helping businesses grow, Fulton Bank delivers tailored financial services and local expertise throughout Hampton Roads. Fulton Bank provides free business checking and savings accounts for IncuHub members along with other perks.
The Small Business Development Center of Hampton Roads, Inc. is part of a statewide network that is directed by The Mason Enterprise Center at George Mason University. They are available for business planning, business information, loan application assistance, business library access, and doing monthly workshops with our members.
